We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. I purchased the chair in the Drusky Charcoal Sustain Basketweave fabric so it would last a long time. The color is fairly bland, so I have a colorful blanket thrown over the top pillow. I also plan to change out the pillow cover with something else as well. This chair is huge! I did all the measurements and was still surprised at it's size compared to the very large recliner I have sitting next to it! It's immediately comfortable, no need to break it in first. You have plenty of room to sit sideways or cross-legged. My large dog would love to take it over as his personal bed. I have a small ottoman/pouf that I can put in front of it for extra comfort as well. The side arms are tall enough that with the pillow you can lean against it to watch TV. My daughter lays with her legs hanging over the edge of the arm. For our small living room it fills adds another comfy option for seating against a wall where you might otherwise put a side chair..
