I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. Really nice leather bar stools, fully assembled! One of the four I ordered and received has a small blemish on the wood. The best packaging I have ever seen and very prompt delivery.
