I got this cleaver on a whim when shopping for other specific knives my boyfriend had mentioned he wanted. He has mentioned before that he would like a cleaver--this seemed like a perfect way to test the waters. It's hilariously small yet still effective! It has a good weight and good balance, and he used it to cut a large spaghetti squash fairly easily (1 strike, plus some pushing to get the knife all the way through).
