The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. I loved this dresser when I saw it. The first time it was delivered it came totally assembled and completely damaged. I was told I had to keep it or give it away but they sent me a second one. I received the second and it was shipped using a different company this time and they did so much better! The guys that delivered it even helped me up the stairs with it! I am so happy with it. I would say it’s built pretty well and looks great! I’ll have to list the other damaged one for free and hope someone will haul it out of here. Looks good, but quite underwhelmed by the drawer slides. Drawers only come out about 60%. This is a big issue bc the dresser is already slim, so you can’t really afford for the drawer to stay half in.
