We really love the chairs. However, the online order process did not go well. I wanted 2 identical chairs, but my order for 2 was compromised due to system issues. My 2 chairs with Allstate protection coverage was processed as 1 chair. When I reordered 2nd chair I lost the Allstate protection and in my rush ordered identical chair but 2nd had shorter legs with slightly different design and different stain!
