We purchased the white quarz countertop. It is exactly what we were looking for. Quality wood and countertop, looks more expensive than it was, and it is SOLID (400 lbs per the delivery team). It also has a huge amount of storage--no wasted space. We did not need any seating area and appreciated that this island utilized the underneath space for storage instead. Designed with an oak cradle frame that holds the tabletop above with exposed joint details on the shelf and legs below for a benchmade look and feel. Crafted from oak with iron accents.

It’s a substantial piece of furniture. I like the color and I like the dimensions. I wish that it had come in one piece and not had to be put together, but I’m sure it was too big to ship. My only other qualm is the drawers… They’re not soft close and you have to push them in and then give them another hard push to get them to close completely. The item unfortunately arrived scratched and scuffed however customer service was prompt addressing the issue and offered a full refund or partial refund if we kept the item. I love my new desk! It's very sturdy & the side drawers are huge and could fit my laptop but for now holds a binder and 2 notebooks. They're lined with brown velvet (side drawers) and all 3 drawers glide very smoothly. The color is a medium gray/brown with some black and white mixed in & has a slight rustic quality as it's not entirely smooth but has some texture to it. My office is only 105" wide and this desk fits nicely centered in the room. My only wish is that it had a couple grommet holes to hide the wires but that's an inexpensive DIY and since the side drawer is big enough to hide my laptop, I might tuck that away in there also. I absolutely LOVE this table!! We are living the rustic but classy look it gives. It makes the dining room feel cozy and welcoming. Very pleased with the choice. Beautiful desk, incredibly solid, easy to assemble, very large and very heavy! Every piece of this desk is solid wood, which makes it extremely solid and very heavy. It is a bit larger than I would have liked, but I loved the design. It actually looks like a kitchen table. 3 drawers have adequate room for your daily essentials. Ordered in the worn oak color, looks as pictured. My only concern is the finish is not smooth, so it catches on dusting clothes or sleeves of clothing, which then lifts tiny splinters and then peels. Amazing, solid farmhouse-style island. The crates are spacious and the drawers although short are handy as well. The bottom rack is also full of space even though it's only half of the island to make room for seating on the other side. It's very heavy but super movable with the wheels. The hooks and towel rack on the side are also a bonus! It's a beautiful antique white-washed wood color. It's rustic and beautiful. Well worth it.
