Looks really pretty but the top piece came damaged. Fortunately customer service was good about getting a replacement part but still some extra time and hassle. Building it was doable but definitely took some time and effort. As for the drawers being loud it’s true, but some of it was builder error, when my husband helped me make sure the parts were leveled up better the drawers ran a lot smoother and quieter! I loved this dresser when I saw it. The first time it was delivered it came totally assembled and completely damaged. I was told I had to keep it or give it away but they sent me a second one. I would say it’s built pretty well and looks great! I’ll have to list the other damaged one for free and hope someone will haul it out of here. Looks good, but quite underwhelmed by the drawer slides. Drawers only come out about 60%. This is a big issue bc the dresser is already slim, so you can’t really afford for the drawer to stay half in.
