I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. My husband was able to reconstruct it by moving the castor- more effort than anticipated when we purchased the chair.
