We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space.
