The Ottoman itself is wonderful. It’s so clean and soft. Because it’s suede, it’s fairly easy to brush out any minor stains and it feels heavy duty. The one issue we had is that there’s a small hole on the top of the Ottoman in the suede fabric. I called Birch Ln and they did promptly give me a 20% discount so I didn’t have to send it back to get a new one. Not quite sure how I’m going to fix the hole, but we decided to take the discount to forgo having to wait for the new ottoman or go through the process of shipping it back. I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape.
