I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. This is a very nice sofa. The sitting posture is very upright, so it's a more formal feeling couch. The cushions are very comfortable for a long sit. The seat height is tall, but there have been no complaints from short-legged family members.
