Really beautiful piece. It looks and feels expensive, and the Heritage Blue is a beautiful shade. When looking for vanities I also loved that each drawer / cabinet was functional versus just placed there for the aesthetic, which for myself and my husband is a nice plus. The backsplash behind the sink is great, and I love the antique brass finishes which we tried to match to the other fixtures. My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised. We are very pleased with the purchase. I was very hesitant to order something so large and expensive online without being able to look at it and open the drawers and doors. But I am very happy with the quality and better than I expected. The piece is very well-made with quality construction in the drawers are self closing. I didn’t know the side panel was so nice and detailed I would’ve ordered a smaller size perhaps so you could see the sides. We haven’t installed it yet waiting for the plumber and final paint selections. I’ll send more photos then. Thank you Wayfair team and the fellows who delivered it carefully. My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised.
