Absolutely gorgeous!! I was so worried about ordering a vanity online since you can't really see it. I couldn't find anything I liked in either the big box stores or kitchen and bath design studios that wasn't $5000 or made of cheap MDF with doors and drawers that didn't even line up right. I saw this one on an ad and fell in love with it! Tye return policy seemed reasonable so I figured I couldn't lose much. It arrived on time and in substantial packaging. My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised. On opening the crates and inspecting the vanities, the construction is solid, good quality materials, excellent joinery and paint. Love the farm sink. The only thing I would change would be a more pronounced pattern in the cultured marble top. I also appreciated the multiple size options in this line as well - it allowed us to customize our bathrooms and maintain a constant theme and color palette. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised.
