The Ottoman itself is wonderful. It’s so clean and soft. Because it’s suede, it’s fairly easy to brush out any minor stains and it feels heavy duty. The one issue we had is that there’s a small hole on the top of the Ottoman in the suede fabric. I called Birch Ln and they did promptly give me a 20% discount so I didn’t have to send it back to get a new one. Not quite sure how I’m going to fix the hole, but we decided to take the discount to forgo having to wait for the new ottoman or go through the process of shipping it back. My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I shopped for this cocktail ottoman for 2 years. It’s the perfect addition to our great room. The fabric is a near perfect match to our sofas. The tables part (the legs and trays) came in a much darker stain color than we expected. We brought that to the attention of Wayfair and they immediately got the manufacturer involved. The manufacturer contacted us the very next day and we had our concerns addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction in a few emails.
