Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. Beautiful chairs. The only complaint I have is the distressing on the edges of the arms. I think the chairs would be so much nicer either without it or very lightly applied.
