The chair is beautiful and well packaged. I love the way it looks in my office; however, I thought the seat would be thicker/better padded. I'm thin person, but it feels as if I'm sinking onto a hard surface when I sit in the chair as if I were heavier. I've had the chair for only 7 days and I've had to buy a seat cushion due to the thin padding. I hoped to not have to do that. I think this is a good quality piece. It did however arrived damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Some pieces were broken and the top looks like someone at the factory tried to fix it.
