The bed arrived ahead of schedule and I really like the shade of white and the overall look. The assembly, which we did ourselves was tricky…and my husband is very handy. The hardware was tough to align (it took us an hour or more to get the left side board to latch in correctly to the headboard), the pre-drilled holes on the feet did not match the diagram and the screws that were supplied for securing the wood slats were so long they would have dangerously protruded underneath the bed (we switched those). I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around.
