Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. It was wrapped so must have happened at the factory. But it came out with a little Dawn and water. The delivery guys did an excellent job.. Susan. Traverse City, MI. Tue Jun 09 2026

The comfortable and casual design of the Rossi Swivel Armchair makes a beautiful addition to your home. It features a padded back pillow, a plush padded seat cushion, sloping arms, and a bottom skirt.

I'm so thrilled I took the chance and purchased these chairs. Reviews that had been already shared gave me the confidence to make the purchase. They are perfect for the sitting area in front of my fire place. I love that they rock and swivel. They are well made and so very comfortable. When I say comfortable, I mean for a rocker/glider swivel chair they are awesome for sitting. I've looked and tested severa chairsl before purchasing these. These are so much quality for the price!! Chairs like these with the down fill and performance fabric in my area sell for almost double. I can't say enough about the superior delivery from JW Logistics in Baton Rouge, La. From the dispatcher Brittany, and the driver B. White, they went above and beyond to deliver my two chairs promptly and professionally. After this experience with Birch Lane, I would not hesitate to purchase this type of item again. Always read the reviews people take time to leave! And always leave reviews, they really do help!. I waited to write a review for this couch to see if it would hold up to 2 grandchildren jumping on it, especially my 6-year-old. This couch is fantastic. I absolutely had to get it slipcovered, in 100 cotton fabric, because of the same reason - - Grandchildren. I have washed various parts, a pillow here, couch cushion there, and it looks brand new again. Love it!. Trisch. Lake Mills, WI. Sun Aug 24 2025

We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

Love the look of this bedframe - exactly as expected. A little difficult to put together though - the bedrail hooks do not line up with the holes on the main headboard - definitely need at least 2 - 3 people to put it together.. Michelle. Lenexa, KS. Mon Aug 31 2026

I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space.
