We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
