We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space. Beautiful chair! Very comfortable and very large.
