Lovely and seemingly well made. It feels like a piece that could be handed down. Firm, upright and not too high of a seat. Beautiful chair! Very comfortable and very large. Peyton Navy Performance Twill, Yes, Pecan

It's crafted with a solid oak and birch wood frame that rests on five sturdy legs, three of which are turned for that vintage look you love. This couch is upholstered in the fabric and color scheme of your choice, so you can make it your own. The cushions are filled with down feathers and supported by sinuous springs to help resist sagging over time. Plus, the cushions are removable, so this couch is super easy to vacuum. And we love how it comes with four throw pillows, so there's no need to buy those separately.

This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. The only change I'm going to make is to find different pillow coverings, to provide some depth and contrast. But otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.. Sarah. Darnestown, MD. Tue Jun 14 2022

A little bit of the nailing that holds the backing on was coming off. Nailed it back on and it's fine now. Didn't really expect that for an expensive chair.. Andra. New Hampshire. Thu Nov 06 2025

Beautiful chair but poor quality. After having it for only two weeks, the leg fell off when my son was pushing it across the floor and was almost impossible to screw back in. My husband was able to reconstruct it by moving the castor- more effort than anticipated when we purchased the chair. Despite there clearly being a quality issue, Birch Lane only offered a partial refund.. Elisabeth. Chicago, IL. Fri Apr 03 2026

I ordered two of these chairs, in Spinnsol White Performance Twill because I wanted the brightest white available. I Iove the chairs, The reason I didn't give them five stars is because they arrived with some small but fixable issues and I have concerns that the plastic legs will not last - these should be made of sturdier material. Customer Service was responsive to the defects situation and worked with me on a solution. Defects aside, the chairs are comfortable and the right size for the space.
