I purchased a set of these sofas for a project. Firstly, the leather is beautiful and just as photographed. It has a very firm seat - which is to be expected. The tufting is comfortable and adds lovely detail. The reason for 4/5 stars is due to the support of the back cushion. Pay attention to arm height - which is the total frame height (25", I think). I checked back height, but because the arm height is low, the back cushion lacks needed support. Its sags back a bit and, IMO does not provide the support needed to relax - better for conversational use. So - depends on your needs. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. Gorgeous couch. Very solid and looks much more expensive than it was. The price is unbeatable for the quality that you receive. The delivery was seamless. The added throw pillows are a really nice touch and well-made as well. This is a very nice sofa. The sitting posture is very upright, so it's a more formal feeling couch. The cushions are very comfortable for a long sit. The seat height is tall, but there have been no complaints from short-legged family members. I've only had this sofa for a week, so I can only comment on the look and function of the piece. It is entirely made of leather, with an interesting stitching that makes it look a bit more casual. The quality of the leather seems great. The sofa is extremely comfortable, with the seat being high enough and firm enough.
