Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. It was wrapped so must have happened at the factory. But it came out with a little Dawn and water. The delivery guys did an excellent job.. Susan. Traverse City, MI. Tue Jun 09 2026

We bought the classic navy linen in the platform bed for our son’s room. It was delivered quickly and the assembly crew came promptly the next morning. It is perfect! Looks high end and expensive! Beautiful chair but poor quality. After having it for only two weeks, the leg fell off when my son was pushing it across the floor and was almost impossible to screw back in. My husband was able to reconstruct it by moving the castor- more effort than anticipated when we purchased the chair. Despite there clearly being a quality issue, Birch Lane only offered a partial refund.. Elisabeth. Chicago, IL. Fri Apr 03 2026

This chair is definitely oversized, and the grey color is very subtle. The material seems to be of nice quality. Although I’m not impressed of the fit of the slipcover , it’s kinda sloppy looking. I tried to tuck and straighten the material but still wasn’t nice and neat ! I think it’s more suitable for a den or bedroom.. Linda. West Salem, OH. Thu Nov 20 2025
