I would say it’s built pretty well and looks great! I’ll have to list the other damaged one for free and hope someone will haul it out of here. The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. Looks really pretty but the top piece came damaged. Fortunately customer service was good about getting a replacement part but still some extra time and hassle. Building it was doable but definitely took some time and effort. As for the drawers being loud it’s true, but some of it was builder error, when my husband helped me make sure the parts were leveled up better the drawers ran a lot smoother and quieter!
