My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised. Really beautiful piece. It looks and feels expensive, and the Heritage Blue is a beautiful shade. Absolutely love this vanity. I was worried the wood was going to look yellow based off the pictures, but it’s beautiful. The packaging is insane and took me a while to get into, but it’s heavy and needed to be packaged well to ensure no damage. It’s really heavy, so be prepared. We just finished my son’s bathroom and I’ve got so many compliments on this piece. My only wish is that it came with a side pice to match the back splash, but we found a decent match for it. The quality of the vanity itself is absolutely stunning. From the solid wood built, soft close drawers, decal in hardware, and marble countertops. All of this should have led to a 5 star review? Couldn’t, due to color not being anything I had imagined. Customer photos indicated a chestnut brown with a white marble countertop that had gray veins, NOPE! Color is identical to stock photo, the grayish brown with a GRAY matte countertop and and even darker gray and white vein.
