It features fully clad 3-ply construction from rim-to-rim with an aluminum core that conducts heat quickly and evenly. The set also has exclusive stay-cool handles. The flared rims make for clean, easy, and non-drip pouring. The glass lids allow you to monitor cooking. The pans are oven safe up to 500 F while the tempered glass lids are oven safe up to 400 F. The set is dishwasher safe.
