Love this cookware set! We got it as a wedding gift and are very happy with it. I have a gas range stove top so I have to be careful what kind of pans I use. These heat up quick and evenly and don't scorch the side of the pans like some do on a gas range. The handles don't get hot either which was a big plus.

I never have any complaint with Zwilling JA Henckels products. Very well built and last long years. Product is very straight forward and easy to handle.
