I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. The only thing I noticed that was not true to the instructions was the back flap on the chair was a little too short to reach the attaching velcro strip on the bottom of the chair.. Julie.
