This chest is well-made, sturdy and just what I was looking for. It is slightly more golden in tone than I thought, but it isn't a deal-breaker. The rattan is not only on the doors, but also on the sides and back. Great for ventilation but also means you can see into the chest a bit, so I'll have to keep it neat inside. Delivery was smooth. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space.
