Eros 4 Drawer Accent Chest

Very well made. The product arrived well-packed and protected. No damage to the accent chest upon arrival, as mentioned in a few of the reviews. The four legs were the only assembly that I just had to scew on to the chest. I am very happy with the purchase.

Box arrived in rough shape, not handled correctly as labeled. Upper corner damaged, paint job on bottom front poor quality. Bottom of chest off, loose in box. There were 4 cement paver bricks in the box!! Why Reported to Customer Service, have yet to hear anything…. Very disappointed customer. Will not be buying any more furniture from Birch Lane.

It’s an attractive piece for sure, in trend. It is poorly made, cheaply made. We received ours without the slider for one of the drawers and multiple cracks. It is definitely not worth the price.

The product that I received is not what I ordered. The chest is white labeled and is actually manufactured by Butler Specialty Company, similar to this listing https://www.butlerspecialty.net/butler-specialty-company-easterbrook-nightstand/9352295-871/iteminformation.aspx. The chest feels cheap, the drawer pulls are black, not gold and the legs are completely different style and height than the listing. Listen to the negative reviews and save your money, these are absolutely not worth $700 each.

Looks nice, but one of the two I ordered arrived damaged (the second time this has happened with Birch Ln. furniture), so that paired with how lightweight the piece is tells me that the price I paid does not match the quality of the furniture. Will not be purchasing from Wayfair anymore. I would rather save up and spend more money on quality than spending too much money on cheaply made products.
