Gular 7.5' Pre-Lit Fir Christmas Tree

Poorly constructed tree. The branches started falling off the tree within the first week. The metal used is very thin and fragile. The customer care manager dismissed the defect. My advice is to not purchase anything from this retailer as you do not have recourse after your purchase. Returning the item with the shipping cost at my expense is unacceptable when it’s clearly a manufacturers defect.

For the price it should be better quality, the tree is unraveling and there’s more brown showing on many of the stems. Very cheap looking, if it weren’t for me needing a tree in a pinch I would’ve returned it!

It is easy to assemble and it is full and easy to fluff! Great tree for smaller spots and awesome price.

This tree worked for a day and then the lights went out. Customer service wanted to replace “parts” until I told them I wanted a new tree which is of course backordered so now I won’t have a tree for the holidays. Oh and to get a full refund they want me to return the tree to them after I already threw out the box because I dont have storage to keep boxes in my tiny apartment. So in order to get my refund, I have to find a box that will fit a Xmas tree that doesn’t work so I can get my money back. Seriously rethink buying anything from wayfair that may need to be returned. Photo to show tree is plugged in and lights do not work.

Beautiful, exactly what I wanted
