Champagne Fir 3' Pre-Lit Fir Christmas Tree

Instead of champagne colored tree they sent me a gold and silver tree. I sent pictures like they asked then they wanted more. I will not be shopping with them again

I’m in love with my Champagne Christmas Tree! The look of gold with the lights is so beautiful. The size is perfect. I live in an apartment and it fits just right. This tree was made just for me!

A beautiful full Christmas tree. Perfect to add to your decorations. Truly a champagne color. Easy to assemble as well.

I always take a screenshot of my order for a quick access to track delivery, thank goodness I did. Birch lane Changed my order from 7’5 foot to a 3’ tree without my knowledge, then acted like that’s what I ordered, they backtracked When I said I saved an copy of my original order, and said, it was an error and the correct item would come. When I chatted, emailed and called, to get a written confirmation, nobody would give me one, I was told the correct item would be sent and “they can’t send me an email”. Of course I got the wrong item, 3’ tree. NOT the 7’5 I ordered. Now I’m told I need to return and reorder. Honestly, I’ve never talked to customer service that made me feel so uncomfortable, the evasive nature of the conversation and not providing any thing in writing is a strong indication that they don’t intend to follow through with what they say.

It really is beautiful! Perfect for on a table.
