Renee 40" Mahogany Dresser

I got this dresser in the dark mocha color, and it is absolutely beautiful! It arrived in perfect condition and the delivery went well. I'd give it 5 stars, but there's one buyer beware comment I have about it — when you open the drawers, they off gas terribly because of the finish. I had to keep windows open during the day and run an air purifier for 2 weeks. I'm sensitive to chemical smells. It took a full month leaving the drawers open to air out before the smell had dissipated enough that I could put clothes in it. I did try to clean it but that didn't seem to help. Beautiful dresser though, and if you're willing to wait a while after to get it to use it, you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't sleep in the same room as the dresser until it wasn't putting strong chemicals in the air, and I'd air it out for a month before letting a child or baby sleep in that room. I hope the company reconsiders the type of finish they are using.

A very nice dresser. The construction is solid and the spacious drawer size. We love the dresser.

Perfect!!! My grandson will get many years with this piece of furniture And we love the color….not a dark black more like slate black

Beautiful dresser, solid, great quality! Bought the bed side tables to match.

This is a beautiful looking piece, but for the price, i expected a higher quality build. The drawers are light and wobble on the tracks. They also aren’t soft close. I expected better from Birch Lane at this price point.
