Very disappointed in this purchase. This garland is extremely flat with no way to fluff it. It should have stated it was one sided. I bought 5 and it's costing $60 to return. Not happy! Update: I wasn't able to return right away and a friend came over and put one on the table and it looked pretty good there so I had to call to change the return amount ( couldn't do it online ) The associate agreed about the return cost and said it was because of the manufacturer and then gave me 10% off so that feels a lot better. I like this a lot, although it is thicker than I expected and did not fit on our fireplace mantle where I initially planned to put it. I put it out on top of tallish sideboard in the dining room instead. So I would say to be aware of where you want to put it before ordering if your spaces are too narrow. Otherwise, this is solidly made, nothing has fallen off of it like cheaper garlands I have gotten elsewhere and I love that the lights are timed so I don't have to worry about turning it on/off.. I like this garland with ONE exception...it's looks real except for the literal plastic balsam branches; one of my pet peeves is when things don't look natural. . The pine cones and berries are great...the berries are quite resilient to handling. I was able to combine it with 2 other garlands to get a look I liked and basically bent the other branches over the plastic ones to hide them as best I could. I combined the "pine cone garland" with the "woodland long pine garland" and another garland from a different vendor "Bethlehem Lights Illuminated Needle Pine Branch Garland". Cm. Duluth, MN.
