I received the order (long time to ship and it came after Christmas) with all 4 ornaments the same gingerbread design, There was no "chef " gingerbread. I contacted Birch Lane and they were going to ship the correct order, I received an email yesterday saying the corrected order with, hopefully, the correct assortment was cancelled on their end. They are letting me keep the incorrect order but it was disappointing.Also, the order listing is confusing, it shows 2 ornaments but then you put them in the cart and it says quantity is 4. You can't get just 2, and it isn't clear. You are not sure if you just ordered 4 whole sets of 2. I called before my original order and it took time for the customer service to even know what the quantity meant. The ornaments themselves (at least the 4 I received of the same Gingerbread Girl) were very well made and the quality was very good.. Anonymous. FL. Mon Dec 30 2024
