This is my first artificial tree. It's pretty, but disappointed in how bright the lights are. The photos show it to be a soft white, but they're almost a blinding white light. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! We had a real tree that dried out super fast despite daily watering and I decided to purchase an unlit artificial tree so I could change up the lights from year to you. Love the tree. Looks beautiful. Putting the tree together was easy. Trying to figure out the plugs for the lights to work together needs improvement. By the time I hooked all the lights together I had scratches all over my arms & broke out with rashes where I had been scratched up. My tree also( a guess due to the height) had to be plug into the wall receptacle with two different plugs and you can’t plug one plug into the back of the other plug to save room on the wall receptacle. The plugs need to be longer and it would be nice if there was a switch to shut the lights off without having to unplug both plugs from the wall. Other than those improvements needed. This tree did not disappoint. It is absolutely stunning. It took less than 20 minutes to assemble out of the box. Since it is a flocked tree, there will be white residue on the surface surrounding it, but I noticed that this diminished over time, and can easily be cleaned up with a swiffer dry cloth. The only thing that could possibly make this a better tree would be “in trunk channel lighting” but the pieces attach easily and the lights connect with two or three little prongs. The tree needs to be fluffed. You can do moderate fluffing for a more realistic look or super fluffing for a fuller look. it takes a lot of fluffing to get this tree looking good. there are no branches close to the center as well as most do not have any greenery around the center, so pulling and prodding and moving the lights around to make it look fuller inside was a chore.
