After 20 years our beautiful artificial Christmas tree had seen it's day. I donated it to a local charity and then began searching for another artificial tree that would give us the same joy year after year. Based on reviews for this tree we ordered from Birch Lane and put it up today. It's just as beautiful as our former tree but even easier to assemble. Fluffing the branches took about an hour of our time to get it perfect. We love this tree and look forward to another 20 years of Christmas celebrations around this tree!. Linda. Freehold, NJ. The tree is nice looking. But what isn’t apparent from the pictures is that it’s not only a flocked tree it it’s covered with glitter. 5 stars mistake!!!! 1 star or less. Made mistake reviewing prior to setup attempt to participate in sweepstakes for Review!!! Big Mistake!!! Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS TREE! I was so super nervous about ordering this tree because, while the good reviews were good, the negative reviews were pretty bad. And with our large living room with high ceilings, we need the 9' tree so it was not an inexpensive purchase. I think a lot of times this type of purchase can be a hit or miss . . . just like with cars, there's gonna be a lemon in every lot. With all that being said, I spent about 3 hours last night unpacking and fluffing. For the very first time, I set up and fluffed ONE section at a time (this big monster has 4 sections). The result is THE fluffiest fullest artificial Christmas tree I have ever seen! With the variation of branches along with the different sizes and colors of the pinecones, it is just beautiful. Of course, after 3 hours of fluffing, the decorations will go on this weekend when I have more energy! Very very happy with this Christmas tree.. Jerri. College Station, TX. Mon Feb 09 2026

This is my first artificial tree. It's pretty, but disappointed in how bright the lights are. The photos show it to be a soft white, but they're almost a blinding white light. No other lighting needed in my whole living room! There are also places you can see all the plugs down through it. Maybe just takes some getting used to.. Kathryn. Emigsville, PA. Tue Nov 25 2025
