This tree had such a pretty shape in the picture, I was afraid it wouldn’t be as nice in person. Thank goodness I was completely wrong! The tree was better than its photos with a super quick and easy set up. But it took a lot of time to fluff each branch (pro tip, wear latex gloves during this process). I think I was allergic to something on it, but after a day the red itchiness was gone. The tree was so pretty just as it, that I waited to decorate it. I thought I took a picture of that phase but can’t find it, but believe the photos in this ad! The mix of needles gave it a realistic look to it! I bought a 6ft, because I’m getting older and my 9 ft tree was too much to handle. I got on the step stool once when putting up the star, that I also purchased from WayFair. (The Bethlehem Star) I would recommend this tree to everyone in need of one!! If I could change one thing, I would hope the lights had more options than just on/off. We usually have a fresh cut tree. I ordered it right after Christmas and have already started to decorated it. My plan is to decorate it once, wire ornaments to secure and throw a sheet or cover over it and store. It should be good to go through the years with an occasionally lighting redo. Great value and very happy with the purchase. Showing before complete fluffing and after decorating and adding lights. Note, it’s time consuming to open up and fluff the branches and bend them in the right way. Also, adding lights are harder than I expected because there is a lot of empty space and all I could see was the light cords. But even with those complaints, I really like the finished product and like that we can choose a different type of lights with the same tree (unlike pre lit trees). Looks very cute and the size is perfect for a small apartment (I got the 5'). It wasn't too difficult to fluff the branches out but the placement of the light seem pretty random and not well-thought it. There are some patches with no lights and some with excess lights. Happy with this tree! It could be a little fuller, but for the price I think it’s great. I really like the texture of it with the different style branches. Has a little more rustic/realistic look to it. Not very many lights on this tree and the cord connects branch to branch horizontally, which I’ve never had before. Once you get the tree all setup and fluffed, it works. I didn’t want a lot of lights on this tree anyway as it’s a second tree for our sunroom, so that works, too! Happy with this purchase!. Laura.
