This was a mistake purchase that I could not make work, and ended up returning. Wayfair Customer service was very helpful, as always. As returning items for both the buyer and the seller is expensive and a hassle - I’m writing this review. This tree was sprayed so heavily with flocking material that many of the branches could not be separated. It is apparent that the tree was wet with flocking chemical/material when put in the box as parts of the box were glued to the flocking. I made two failed attempts - over 1 hours’ time - plus a mess to clean up. The tree branches were so heavily coated that it would have been extremely difficult to hang ornaments on. Sorry this didn’t work out. The pictures are lovely and I see other customers had good luck with it.
