So very disappointed. I received the tree today and after putting it all together, the middle section did not light up. We worked for an hour trying to reconnect the cords so it would work but unfortunately it is just a broken part of the tree. I went on your website to try and get a replacement part, but the ap is so unfriendly. It said I would receive a confirmation email but nothing came through

These slender trees were just what I needed to compliment my tabletop Christmas tree in our large great room. I purposely did not decorate them as they will stay up year round. They were easy to set up and look quite natural.
