Awful in every way. It is nearly impossible to unwrap light cords (as listed in instructions). Gloves included are useless. I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!!
