I received my tree, spent 2 hours “fluffing” it and there is a significant patch of lights that do not work. I tried wiggling them and they popped on for a moment and went back off. I’ve sent 2 emails but have heard nothing. Needless to say I’m SUPER disappointed! Just the idea of trying to re-package this tree to return and then having to re-assemble a new tree. I CANNOT !

I bought this tree for foyer in my new house and it was so beautiful for Christmas. It was the perfect size and shape for my room which has incredibly high ceilings. It has just the right amount of lights, and was a show stopper for those coming into my home for the holidays. Very happy with this purchase!
