I requested a omusa fir tree, they change the name of the tree (so they stated) and sent me this tree. The has two different type of “fir” on it and it’s very cheap plastic. Not worth the money. Not as advertised. Not realistic. They charge you to return with a tax fee (over 9.00) and a return fee (over 15) which was not mentioned on the phone. I have purchased other trees from this site and have been every satisfied previously. Not sure why they have decided to which their quality. Save your money!

I went to 7 stores looking for a Christmas tree. I was about to give up when I decided to google artifical trees. Mercury Row? came up. I read the reviews. I ended up ordering a 7.5 foot Blue Fir with clear lights. Not cheap, but it looked so realistic. They promised free 2 day shipping. I ordered it on Dec 19th. I got a text message that it arrived on Dec 21st via FED EX. I am very impressed with their service! Especially since the media was saying that packages and deliveries were delayed due to COVID-19. Set up was easy - 6 steps: 1 - open the base, 2 - add the bottom tier, 3 - add up the middle tier, 4 - add the top tier, 5 - fluff the tree branches, 6 - connect the plugs and plug it into the outlet! I was worried when initially as the tree looked very skinny and bare. Once I fliuffed it - it looked amazing! My family said that it looked so good I did not need to add decorations. I agree. Thank you Birch Lane!
