What Customers are Saying

Customers find the product visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and gorgeous once assembled. However, there are significant concerns regarding the mess created by flocking that falls off during setup and continues to shed. Assembly is also noted as difficult, with some finding instructions unclear and branches hard to spread. Opinions on the product's size are mixed, with some finding it perfect for smaller spaces and others disappointed by its appearance compared to product images.

Big mess for nothing. 2 pieces didn’t connect they are the same sizes. What a waste of time and a mess. Horrible.

It was not at all what we expected! It looked like a sad tree with some white flakes falling off of it! Not at all a flocked tree! It was weird that a small wheel was attached to the box on the outside, must have been from another shipment.

The absolute worst Christmas Tree. As soon as we took it out of the box, the fake snow covered our floor. As we put it together the fake snow just kept crumbling off and onto our floor. And of course the fake snow sticks to everything but the tree. Additionally, the tree is sparse, has a bad smell, and the fake snow looks far from pretty. Zero stars.
