Newberry Spruce Tree with Clear Lights

Newberry spruce 7.5 foot tree with clear lights arrived with an entire section (section 2) that is defective; lights aren’t working. After spending two hours, trying to troubleshoot, my husband and I concluded it is a defective section. Very disappointed before the holidays to have been sent an entire section of the tree that does not light up. Where’s the quality control?

This tree looks beautiful when fluffed out. I really love the way it looks after we decorated it.
