This could have been a beautiful addition to my Christmas decor. However, the entire middle section of lights were not working. I had to jump through hoops, providing a picture of it’s inefficiency to even start a refund. Was supposed to hear through email their response to my request to send back and refund! I have received NOTHING! The online chat is a complete joke. $170 product that is sitting in a box. I will continue to pursue but will never buy from Birch Lane again.
