Hersi 11' Pre-Lit Slender Flocked Realistic Spruce Christmas Tree with 700 LED Lights

So beautiful , in every way! We bought two of these 11 foot trees for our home and they were exactly what I needed for my Christmas set up! Can’t wait to get another for this Xmas season!

We absolutely love these trees! So much so, that we bought two! They’re considered “viral” for a good reason. Cannot say enough. We purchased two of the 11’. If you’re looking for a WOW factor this is the tree for you!

The tree itself is beautiful, but does shed quite a bit of the white “snow.” When our tree arrived, the box was damaged, full of holes, and looked heavily battered. When we tried to assemble it, we discovered we had received two Part Bs and were missing Part C entirely. I contacted Wayfair immediately and then spent four days in a frustrating loop of emails where we were repeatedly told to “try assembling it again.” We were told a Part C had been shipped—then it was cancelled. Next, we were told a full replacement tree was coming—then that, too, was cancelled by Wayfair. I finally had to call and re-explain the issue yet again before a representative processed a return for the defective tree and sent a replacement. This was a terrible experience: we were not believed, our issue was not handled fairly, and it took far too long to receive a proper resolution. We are extremely disappointed in how we were treated, and this experience will make us think twice before shopping with Wayfair again.
