I would like to send it back. It looks like plastic like you would like a toy had inside of it with parts on it. Everything Ive purchased from Wayfair has been awesome but this I just opened the box and closed it back up so Id like a refund. Please let me know.

The tree was not shown that it was 5 feet wide at the bottom. Also there was no way that tree was as full as the photo showed. I was extremely disappointed & had to use my old tree for Christmas that had lights that didn’t light at the bottom & had to get extra lights to fill in the bottom of the tree. I sent the tree back

At first, I was very disappointed that only the tips looks like real pine branches, the rest of the branch is the inexpensive looking cut plastic that’s commonly found in low budget trees. However, after putting it together, you really can’t notice it. So it actually looks pretty good, but I gave it four stars because it was not clear to me that the branches had different material.
