I received my tree, spent 2 hours “fluffing” it and there is a significant patch of lights that do not work. I tried wiggling them and they popped on for a moment and went back off. I’ve sent 2 emails but have heard nothing. Needless to say I’m SUPER disappointed! Just the idea of trying to re-package this tree to return and then having to re-assemble a new tree. I CANNOT !

Honestly disappointed with this tree. It’s cheap, like pretty much every other pre-lit tree out there — the images online are definitely deceiving compared to what you actually get. Easy to put together, I’ll give it that, but it’s overpriced for the quality you’re getting. The yellow lights are fine, but the green “fur”needles keep falling off, which makes it look messy over time. Not a quality made tree for the price. Wouldn’t buy again.
