This is the worst experience I have ever had with Wayfair. I purchased this tree and I should have looked at it right away but I have always had good experience with Wayfair and trusted the company to deliver a good product. The tree was kept in a closet in the house so it was never exposed to extreme heat or cold. I’m no sure that I can do anything with this tree to make it look Presentable. I think it will have to go to the trash.

Its very pretty looks like a real tree. Ive had it for 4 yrs now have had to replace the middle string of lights this year which is not unheard of after this amount of time. I advise not to unwind from the tree,very difficult the flocking comes off Just buy a string of lights add it. A lot of other bulbs burned out but I just bought the single bulbs put those in the place of the burnt-out one. These lights are heavily flocked that are on it so not a clear bright light.

Definitely not what I thought. No matter what you do to it it’s crooked clumped together. Very disappointed. I have bought a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the worst
