I have never been happier with a tree! Gorgeous shape. Beautifully graceful. My favorite tree ever!

We've always had real trees but decided we'd switch to artificial this year and we couldn't be happier. This 7' tree looks great and Birch Lane was quick to deal with a slight problem. I give both the tree and Birch Lane A+ for the quality product, the fast shipping and the fast, friendly customer support/service. Absolutely would recommend the tree and Birch Lane to one and all. The tree is amazing - it looks very realistic and full. The setup was fairly easy. It didn’t have a very strong smell, but had some smell that was gone 2 days later. Definitely recommend - some other stores sell this tree for $380.

Tree looks amazing! I had a real tree every year but during the pandemic we couldn't get one. I decided this would be the best long term option. My son (7) and I took it out the box and assembled it, no problems. Its just waiting for Christmas

We love our new tree! It is full, realistic looking and gorgeous! Set up was very easy. My husband is thrilled not to have to cut down a large tree, drag it into the house, set it up and fuss with lights,watering and cleaning up pine needles. He says it is one of his favorite xmas presents! The light options are a fun feature. The 7.5 foot tree height is perfect... No ladder needed to hang ornaments. We couldn't be happier with our new tree.

Overall, it’s a really nice tree. There’s a good amount of realistic looking branches. The only downside it has a strong smell first out of the box. On some of the Realistic branches there is an orange looking overspray. I’m sure it was to make the branches look like wood beneath, but instead it makes it look like some of the branches are dying. It’s only a few branches that have that appearance.

This was the first time I have ever purchased an artificial tree. When I took it out of the box and put the 3 pieces on the stand, it looked so sad. However, when I started pulling all the branches out and arranged them, I was so, so happy! It’s just perfect and looks so natural! I can’t wait for Christmas to decorate it! Thank you so much!!!

A bit disappointed in the tree so far. I’ve spent a good amount of time fluffing it so far and there are still visible “holes”. While fluffing it already lost two branches, so I’m thinking it’s not going to hold up too well. Especially with two small children in the house. Hoping it looks better once we add decorations. I went back and forth between this tree and one I had my eye on from another higher end site. I decided to save money and get this one, but feeling a bit of regret.

Better than expected. 9 foot ceilings. Nice and full looking. Not too heavy

Great looking and we haven’t finished decorating! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it had a funny smell that took a couple of days to disappear. Smells fine now.
